This recommendation will change depending on the characters currently available in the Prayer of the Fleeting and Invocation of Chance banners.
Flack, the newest unit in MementoMori as of this writing, is a good Crimson support unit and secondary DPS that can cut her target's EVD and the potency of their healing by 50%. This means any enemy that relies on EVD (or healing) to stay alive is in for a rough time.
She's best paired with DPSs that also deal debuffs (since she can buff their Debuff ACC). If you are thinking of putting together a Crimson team, now could be a good time to start doing so.
Get Minasumari if You Are Running an Azure Team
If you have been experimenting with Azure teams for PvP (or are just starting out in PvP and only have Amleth/Florence as your main DPS), getting a copy of Minasumari isn't a bad move. Her main attraction is the Stealth she gives to the ally next to her (which should be your main DPS).
This keeps them protected from most enemy skills (as they won't be targeted except if the enemy uses an AoE skill and hits them that way). This is crucial for units like Florence (who can get rather squishy) and Amleth (who is a sitting duck after her invincibility buff is up).
Get Apostle Rosalie if You Need a Protector
Apostle Rosalie's main role is to protect your main DPS carries with a Force Field that cuts damage depending on how much HP she herself has.
If you need a character like this in PvP and are prepared for the upfront cost and investment (multiple copies to get a Radiance witch to LR, Michael/Metatron Gear, her unique weapon at UR rarity, HP runes, etc.), then you could consider getting her.
