Should You Pull for Lucille?
Yes, Pull for Her IF You Play Crimson
The main reason you would want to pull for Lucille is if you are running a Crimson team and want her SPD and ATK buffs, as well as her Radiant Light debuff.
Her ATK buffs work with any other soul types, but her SPD buffs only work with Crimsons. Also, a lot of other characters can buff ATK just fine and may be easier to get them instead of Lucille.
Lucille Best Runes and Team Comps
Good Support at One Copy, Needs to be At Least LR as DPS
If you pull for her, it's enough to get just one copy. All you need to do is to get her unique weapon, Liberation's Light, to at least UR rarity to boost her SPD buff for Crimson Soul allies to 20%.
However, if you plan to use her as a DPS - especially for PvP - then you will have to get her to at least LR rarity so she has the right stats to deal enough damage. Lucille should also be paired with other Crimson DPSs and supports that are also at a similar rarity as she is to maximize her effectiveness.
Pull If You Like Her Art
You may like Lucille's unconventional design and blue-yellow color palette, so it's worth getting her just for that (as well as access to her song, Ruby).
When Not To Pull For Lucille
Don't Pull if You're Not Playing a Crimson Team
As we mentioned earlier, Lucille's SPD buff only works for other Crimson Soul allies, leaving her utility as an ATK buffer that makes enemies take more damage. If you don't have a unit that does this, you could get one copy of her. But otherwise, it's not recommended.
