If you are using Lucille as a support, use runes like STR, as well as ATK and SPD. As for defensive runes, it's recommended to give her HP, STA, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES Runes.

If you are going to use her in PvP as your main DPS, you will need to give her PM Def Break Rune so she can cause more damage.

This is a an All-Crimson soul team that uses control and buffed burst-damage and potential sustained damage.

Belle acts as the main attacker who has the ability to deal four consecutive, focused magical attacks on the enemy with the highest attack stat (usually the enemy Main Attacker), each dealing substantial damage. At level 81, Belle may be able to inflict [Bleed] for 2 turns if the target enemy’s remaining HP percentage is above 50%.

Meanwhile, Spring Shizu provides additional damage and "soften up" enemies that increases chances for Belle to secure kills. Lucille serves as an ATK buffer for Belle and ensures that she can deal the most damage possible.

Liebe as a tank can provide protection especially for Belle, as well as increase her and allies' ATK. Moreover, Liebe is most effective when paired with debuffer teammate, in this case Winter Soltina to maximize Liebe's damage output potential as her damage potential scales according to the enemies' debuff counts.

In this team comp, Lucille focuses on buffing Artoria and Spring Shizu with ATK and SPD buffs. She can synergize well with Artoria since Lucille's [Radiant Light] can be activated when Artoria and Spring Shizu perform self-damage attacks.

Meanwhile, Winter Soltina gives a massive ATK buff to your team's strongest DPS, and Meria supplements Lucille's SPD buff. You should be able to strike first in a good number of PvP battles with this setup.

SPD Buffer For Crimson Teams

Lucille is a good addition to Crimson teams in PvP or PvE modes due to the Soul Affinity benefits tying with her support abilities. With her unique weapon at UR rarity, she can increase the SPD of all Crimson soul allies by up to 20%. Moreover, she can decrease the skill cooldown of the ally with the highest ATK (usually the Main Attacker/DPS).

Decent Debuffer When Self-Damage Mechanic's At Play

Lucille has the ability to make enemies take more damage by debuffing them with [Radiant Light]. If Lucille or an ally takes damage via dealing damage to self, her passive skill inflicts [Radiant Light] debuff which increases the damage all afflicted targets take.

If you have a Crimson team and need a good support unit, Lucille is great even at one copy. If you need a DPS and don't have Spring Shizu or Artoria, you will need multiple copies of Lucille. If you are not running a Crimson Team, Lucille is not as essential to get unless you like her [Radiant Light] debuff.

Good ATK Buffer

With Lucille's S3 passive skill, she can increase all allies’ ATK by 10% of her ATK, which cannot be dispelled. At lv.201, the amount all targets’ ATK increases by becomes equal to 25% of Lucille’s ATK.

To get the most optimal results of her buffing abilities, you will need to get her to level 201 despite not having her unique weapon.

Additionally, after dealing the final physical attack, if an enemy is afflicted with 5 stacks of Radiant Light, decreases the skill cooldown time of the ally with the highest ATK by 2. This skill’s effect that decreases an ally’s skill cooldown time activates only 1 time per battle (during consecutive battles that take place in Guild Battles and Grand Battles, this effect activates 1 time each battle).

The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 520% of her ATK.
