This recommendation will change depending on the characters currently available in the Prayer of the Fleeting and Invocation of Chance banners.

Based on available witches as of this writing (May 6, 2025), Uniform A.A. is the best unit to pull for at the moment because of the shield support she can give to her allies.

With a UR rarity version of her unique weapon, she can grant shields equal to 100% of the health of 3 allies with the highest attack. If you need that kind of tankiness, she's good to pull for at even one copy (as long as you are willing to get her unique weapon).

Meanwhile, players should only pull for Eureka if they are missing a witch that can dispel debuffs in PvP battles. Your mileage may vary with Eureka either way, however, as her ability to dispel debuffs from 2 allies with the highest ATK depends on whether she herself gets debuffed.
