This skill activates only 15 times per battle (during consecutive battles that take place in Guild Battles and Grand Battles, this skill activates 15 times each battle).
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121)
When an active skill of Pola or an ally activates an effect that restores HP, additionally grants all Emerald Soul allies 1 stack of a buff that increases their ATK by 5% (15 stacks max) (cannot be dispelled).
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201)
The amount Pola’s HP is restored by becomes equal to 5% of her max HP.

Emerald DPS With Consistent, then Rising Damage

Pola is a pretty decent Sniper-type Emerald witch with one going for her: If you manage to drag a battle out to the 7th turn, both her active skills will have zero cooldown and 2x damage multipliers, on top of a 30% SPD buff.

This makes her pretty good in PvP especially, where you can pair her with absolute tanks like Fia and successfully stall a match until the 7th turn. Until then, Pola can survive off the healing effects from her active skills (which get disabled once turn 7 arrives) as well as her 65% damage cut buff and 100% HP buff (the latter is unlocked if you have her unique weapon at UR rarity).

But once she's there, there's hardly any stopping her as she will unleash both her AoE and multi-hit attacks. This buff can't be dispelled either.

Best in Emerald Comps, Takes Time to Ramp Up, Gets Outclassed by Other DPSs

Though she's not strictly required to play in Emerald Comps, she will perform better if she is. Her first passive, The Courage to Choose, buffs the ATK of all her Emerald Soul allies by 5% if she (or they) use healing, and this is stackable up to 15 times. This means playing her in mixed soul teams would be sub-optimal at best (she wants at least one Emerald ally to make the most of her buffs).

Aside from this, the most glaring issue with Pola so far is how she has to survive until turn 7 before she can fully unleash her damage on enemies. There are other kinds of teams that can potentially take her down way before then, so you will need to put her in teams where she will be protected and where there are tanks that can soak up damage.

Decent DPS to Get for PvP (But Not High-End PvP)

If you are running an Emerald team and want to have a nice upgrade (you can replace Cordie, though maybe not if she already has her 80% DEF shred), then Pola could be a good choice. Just note that she is a hard unit to field if you plan to take her to high-end PvP, where she could just get taken out before she even gets close to turn 7.

Boost Her ATK, CRIT, PM. DEF Break

Since Pola is supposed to be used as a DPS, use runes like ATK, CRIT, and PM. DEF Break (add DEX runes for more damage or ACC runes if she happens to miss her targets). For defensive runes, raise her HP with STA and HP runes, then mitigate any extra damage she gets with CRIT RES and boost her Debuff RES as well.

Four out of these five characters use healing in some way, which activates Pola's first passive and she gives them ATK buffs in turn. Fia and Milla will increase Pola's HP, Milla will cast Delay, Fia will act as a tank, Merlyn will be the cleanser of the team, and Cordie will deal DEF debuffs and damage.

Once the team reaches turn 7 with Pola alive, Pola and Fia should be able to finish off the enemy team.
