Should You Pull for Liselotte?
Yes, Pull as a Guild Battle Unit
Liselotte can be valuable if you need a strong Turn-1 DPS unit, especially for quick battles or specific scenarios like Guild Battles. She is an Azure attacker who deals AoE damage to enemies and has a 1.5 damage multiplier if her HP percentage is 50% or higher. However, her effectiveness diminishes in longer fights without proper support.
Consider other options if you want a unit you can use in different game modes or already have a strong DPS unit, Rusalka, or more versatile characters.
She Works Well Even at One Merge
If you want to use Liselotte as a debuffer, you can awaken her to SR+ to increase the chance of inflicting [Fainted]. She doesn't need much awakening if you only need to use her crowd-control capabilities. However, if you want to use her 20% SPD buff at the start of the battle, you will need to awaken her at UR and equip her with a Unique Weapon, Cerulean Grimoire.
Could Work as Budget Rusalka
Both characters excel in dealing high damage quickly. Liselotte has a higher initial burst due to her SPD buff (when you have her Unique Weapon), but Rusalka's debuffs and damage reduction provide more utility. Rusalka is a more versatile and sustainable option, but Liselotte can be a substantial budget choice for a quick, high-damage output in specific scenarios.
