An infamous mononoke freed from a magic crystal by the Duke. A childish prankster, Tama acquaints herself with the Duke as a ploy to use his staff, but finds herself drawn to him. She now play pranks to grab his attention. As a Zivardian, it seems Tama has ties with Kaguya and Aine.

A legend shrouded in both fear and reverence, Tama was a Mononoke of unparalleled power and wisdom. Revered by some as a guardian spirit yet feared by others as a monstrous force, a duality that marked Tama’s existence mirrored the conflicting emotions of the humans she encountered.
Despite her formidable abilities, Tama’s arrogance and neglect ultimately led to her downfall. While she easily vanquished countless challengers, her complacency allowed a particularly determined group of humans to overpower her.
A strange melody, a purifying light, and a voice demanding reflection were the final experiences before Tama was sealed away within a magic crystal, a testament to the enduring consequences of pride and overconfidence.

After being freed from her crystal seal by a mysterious human wielding a magical staff, Tama, the once-infamous Mononoke, finds herself in a familiar and foreign world. Initially viewing the human as a mere pawn in her quest for power, Tama is surprised by his carefree nature and genuine concern for others. Despite her initial skepticism, Tama gradually finds herself drawn to the human, developing feelings of warmth and devotion she never anticipated.
As their relationship evolves, Tama’s perspective on the world and her own place in it dramatically shifts. She begins to question her previous self-centeredness and the destructive nature of her past actions. Ultimately, Tama decides to remain by the human’s side, offering her protection and companionship while also learning the importance of compassion and selfless service from him.
Tama has an intriguing personality that is emotionally contradicting. At first, she is so arrogant and narcissistic that no one else is worth any more than she is. She has power; a terrifying and dominant person, earning admiration and fear. On the other hand, despite how mischievous she may be, there is also loyalty from Tama. It is apparent that Tama enjoys her time with the Master, and it portrays an image of calmness. Even the most powerful, threatening, and intimidating individuals have qualities of both light and darkness.

| Allow me to tell you the legend of the infamous mononoke! In the days when humans still feared the gods, 'twas said a heinous mononoke caused great commotion among the people. A very wise mononoke she was, indeed. And above that, brave and unbeatable! Truly the mightiest! Those who heard the rumors of the mononoke came to vanquish her nearly every day, but they were all sent back home utterly defeated! Yes, that mononoke... was none other than me— Tama the Glorious! Heh-heh! There was not a soul who could stop me. The world existed for my sake! |

| Indeed, even the mightiest have the mightiest of worries. Back then, while some sought to exterminate me as a mononoke, others worshipped me, saying, "Dear guardian spirit..." 'Twas troubling how attitudes were completely different person to person. Well, 'twas the same for me. I cannot tell one human from another. But, I was the mightiest...the wisest. And all who opposed me...defeated! |

| From then on, I was in top form. Every human who dared come to vanquish me were sent back home utterly defeated. Unbeaten, I was! But, negligence is always the greatest of enemies... I never expected what happened next. One day, a horde of humans came to vanquish me. Naturally, I delivered my punishment unto them all. But at that moment, a strange melody reached my ears. 'Twas quite a pleasant melody, and my heart felt as if 'twas being purified... Oh, how I wished to listen to it more... until suddenly, I was engulfed in a blinding light! "Be still, and reflect on all thou hast done!" That voice was the last sound I heard before finding myself sealed away inside a magic crystal... I was the mightiest...but now...shamed! |

| Tis unknown to me how many years have passed since then, but I was suddenly set free. By the hands a human who wields a mysterious staff, claiming to have come from another world. To think this was the one who freed me. I expected this human to be extraordinary but all he prattles on about is carefree nonsense... saving the world and what not. Hmph, feigning the virtuous hero, I see... Scoundrels like this are the most malicious. A greedy human, this one. 'Tis certain he aims to attain the power of Tama the Glorious, but I shall not let that be. That mysterious staff grants power to witches. Oh, how much more powerful I could be if I could have it all to myself. But, it appears that this human is the only one able to use that staff. I suppose I will just have to take advantage of this situation. Heeeh-heh-heh~♪ |

| Humans are selfish creatures. In one whimsical moment, they worship me as a god, and the next, they attempt to exterminate me as a mononoke. This human is no different. That was what I had thought... but he seems to be slightly different from the ones I know. He is...simply far too weak! Not even a match for the horn of a tiny rhinoceros beetle! Despite that, he always sticks his nose into trouble, helping anyone in need... Hmph! Damn wolf in sheep's clothing. But, everyone he helps have naught but smiles. Even those who are angry or sad... they all smile when he does as if being drawn in by his charm... Good grief, every last one of them is being tricked. ...Well, I will not be tricked. Just you wait, human. I shall tear away your sheep's clothing, and unveil your true, filthy nature for all to see! Now that my mind is set... 'tis time to prepare at once~! |

| All who feign the virtuous hero are powerless before my traps. Just like that corrupt monk from ages ago, everyone reveals their true nature in disgrace. To start things off, I tied his hair with a ribbon as he slept. Behold! This is the hidden power of the infamous mononoke! Now, become the laughingstock of humans, and unleash all the anger you like... Wait, not even a flinch?! Fine, so be it. On to the next prank! Heh-heh! As expected, even that human was startled by the trap this morning. I made him burst in laughter as he was consulting with his citizens. The sight of him laughing his head off upon seeing my face... Heh-heh! 'Twas utterly disgraceful. Oh, here he is, appearing before me. "Heh-heh! So you have come seeking payback, but that will not happen. Tama the Glorious shall deliver punishm... Hm? Today's prank caught you a little off guard, you say?" Not only are my traps ineffective, he is actually enjoying them... And, even I started having fun somewhere along the way... Hah... No wonder he could break my seal. He is proving to be quite the formidable foe. |

| I remained by that human's side to expose his true nature. But, it seems I no longer need to do that... Now then, what am I to do next? He does not become angry when I play pranks on him, and he even gives me food. Also, whenever he smiles at me, for some reason, I feel warmth inside my heart... ...!I have no reasons to leave his side. Rather, I only have reasons why I cannot. Well, if that is the case, I guess it does not trouble me. I do not really have any goals, so I might as well stay by his side and bask in this warmth a little longer... I am the infamous mononoke and mightiest guardian spirit. The world exists for my sake. Naturally, the place at your side belongs to me too, Master, as I have decided so. I shall yield it to no one! Heh-heh! You had best do as much as possible to ensure that I am not bored, Master. Well, it does not seem to be a concern for now... Why, you ask?
