Jose Castillo is Anton Castillo's nephew. He is also appointed as one of the chief commanding officers in Anton Castillo's army.

Napoleon El Pequeño

Jose Castillo is one of Castillo's more sadistic generals. He has taken up residence in one of the villas north of Cayo Villareal, while using the bunker of the Roncali lighthouse to be his personal torture chamber.

A Slave Driver

He is also in charge of the abducting people from towns and turning them into slaves to manufacture Viviro.
