Spec Ops Keys are used to open item crates during Special Operations called Dead Drops. The items in these crates seem to be mainly Dashboard Props for your Rides but as more insurgencies unlock we will have more clarity on what rewards players are expected to find.

Guerrilla Dead Drops can be found on the map in Special Operations with a blue x in a box marking their location. You will know you are looking in the right place when you come across a yellow search area on your mini map.
