Taash will romance Lace Harding if you are able to finish their companion quests and cut off possible romance with them.
Lucanis Dellamorte will romance Neve Gallus if you complete all their companion quests and not pursue them by committing to an exclusive relationship.
Emmrich Volkaren will pursue Strife, a Veil Jumper NPC, if Rook does not romance Emmrich. Like the other companions mentioned above, you need to finish Emmrich companion quests first before Emmrich pursues Strife.
Bellara Lutare will not romance any companion or NPC if you decide not to commit to an exclusive relationship with her.
Bellara Romance and Approval Guide
Davrin will stay single if you do not commit to an exclusive relationship with him. With this, Davrin will not attempt to court a companion or even an NPC in the game!
