Reaper is the Best Warrior Specialization
The Reaper is the best specialization for Warriors in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. This specialization offers a feature unique to this specialization: lifesteal.
Considering that warriors will always be in front of enemies, they will be hit a lot, and getting your health in top shape is important. This specialization is extremely comfortable to play with and can carry you to the endgame with relative ease.

1st - Reaper
The Reaper is considered to be the best specialization in the game, even across specializations among all classes combined. It has access to lifesteal that is extremely broken for an already tanky class like the Warrior. Because of this, HP management is not a problem anymore because Reapers can just take back the health that they lose.
2nd - Champion
The Champion offers the perfect balance between defense and offense, boasting their capability to wield both the sword and the shield. One of its key skills, Inspiring Guard, enables them to block otherwise unblockable attacks so they are the specialist in survivability next to Reapers.
Champion Build and Best Skills
3rd - Slayer
The Slayer is the dual-wielding specialist of the Warrior that focuses on building stagger to enable takedowns against enemies. It has a very straightforward gameplay but it needs to manage Rage at all times. Also, they need to make use of Weakened and Sundered so mastering how to use them is key to success with the Slayer.
