Choosing to answer to let the Wardens try versus the other choices only results in a slight deviation in the conversation's dialogue tree. It does not affect the conversation's outcome or the game's story.
These choices will eventually lead to Rook proclaiming to do whatever it takes to help the Wardens, so players are free to pick any choice without real consequences.

On the other hand, choosing this option results in Rook stating that they must be able to convince the First Warden to convince the rest of the Wardens.
Finally, choosing this option results in Rook stating that all they can do is to keep being patient and continuously talk to the Wardens to convince them.
The choice prompt appears at the beginning of "The Siege of Weisshaupt" main quest, during the conversation between Solas and Rook.
