Should You Turn the Lovers in or Warn Them?

Choice Does Not Affect the Ending

Turning in the Lovers, or warning them about being suspected of treachery has no effect on the final ending of the game. However, this choice is only accessible if players decided to help Treviso over Minrathous in a prior event.

The choice between Treviso or Minrathous is a major one that does affect the ending, so be sure of which city to defend before hunting this side quest down.
