The main campaign of Dragon Age:The Veilguiard will take you at least 30-40 hours to complete. If you decide to complete all of the side missions and companion quests, then you will need more time on top of that.
During Character Creation, you are given the option to modify Past Adventures, referring to Dragon Age: Inquisition. The Past Adventures will affect some plot points and choices that you will face in the game.
There, you can input the Inquisitor's backstory, such as who Inquisitor romanced or befriended, what the fate of the Inquisition was, and what their plan is regarding Solas. You can also change the appearance of the inquisitor.
The Past Adventures provides a short summary of each customizable option, so players who are hazy on the details of Dragon Age: Inquisition or have not played the game will be up to date with the story.
