In Dock Town's Central Market

Located at Dock Town
The Black Emporium can be found in Dock Town. Once unlocked, it can be accessed by fast traveling to the Central Market Beacon.

How to Unlock Black Emporium

To get to the Black Emporium, the quest for it must first be completed. Go to Glandivalis Square to begin the quest.

Speak to the Shady Messenger

Speak to the Shady Messenger

Talk to the Shadow Messenger in Glandivalis Square. The Shadow Messenger can be seen standing in the streets with an eagle-like appearance

Meet Xenon the Antiquarian

Meet Xenon The Antiquarian

Head towards the Black Emporium by simply following the quest markers. Upon reaching the Urthemiel Venue, climb the yellow ladder to get to the second level.

Continue following the quest markers to reach the Black Emporium. Reaching the Black Emporium will unlock the A Most Esteemed Purveyor achievement.

Black Emporium Requires Etheric Remnant

Purchase Items Using Etheric Remnant

Xenon sells a variety of weapons, armor, and other useful items. Note that Xenon does not accept gold, but does accept Etheric Remnant as its primary currency.
