Something Wrong Objectives
Meet Evka and Antoine in the Hossberg Wetlands
Using fast travel or the Crossroads, travel to the Hossberg Wetlands where you will be welcomed by Grey Wardens Evka and Antoine.
After discussing about the Grey Warden's connection to the darkspawn and blight, Rook will agree to help them investigate the blight left around the area.
Investigate the Blight
Collect Five Blight Samples
Make your way past the village of Lavendel and reach the entrance of a cave near the village's outskirts, where the first blight boil will be found.
First Sample
The first blight boil will be right by the cave's entrance. Attack the boil, and after it is destroyed, investigate its remains to collect the First Sample.
Second Sample
Go through the cave and turn left. The quest marker leads to an empty shell with Ghouls standing near it.
Dispatch the ghouls and break the empty blight growth, then turn around to proceed to the next marker leading to the actual sample. Defeat the Ghouls, then destroy the boil and collect the Second Sample. The path will be cleared to proceed to the Old Crossroads.
Third Sample
In the Old Crossroads, go North where you will find darkspawn stationed in the area. Surrounded by Hurlocks and Ghouls is a Blight Cyst, that if destroyed will spawn the Level 30 Boss, The Disciple-In-Ichor.
After defeating the enemies, the blight boil will be in a ruined structure nearby, behind a chair. Get behind the chair and the boil's protective shell to destroy it for the Third Sample.
Fourth Sample
Follow the quest markers that lead to a trail to where the sample is. In between following the trail, you will be attacked by Ghouls.
Once you reach the trail leading towards a wall you can find the blight boil and collect the sample. Next to it is a ruined house with a chest.
Collecting the Fourth Sample will trigger an encounter with an Ogre and Ghouls.
Final Sample
After defeating the darkspawn, go inside the grotto that the Ogre emerged from and find the Final Sample.
Return to Evka and Antoine
Return to Evka and Antoine with the Blight Samples. When there, Rook and the two Wardens will be confronted by the First Warden.
