Glacial Pace

Glacial Pace				Neve concentrates her magic into a single bolt, stopping enemies in their tracks. On hit, applies Chilled. CD: 36 seconds
	Cold Front			During combat, Glacial Pace may trigger automatically. This has its own independent cooldown that cannot occur more than once every 60 seconds.
	Cold Snap			Cooldown duration: -15%
ALT	Wither			Weakened duration: +50%
	Enervate			Weakened effectiveness: +10%
	Barrier Buster			Damage vs. Barrier: +50%
	Critical Shot			Critical damage: +25%
ALT	Freezing Point			On a Critical hit, applies Frozen to their target.
	Critical Temperature			On a critical hit, reduces the cooldown by an additional 25%.

Icebreaker

Icebreaker				Neve conjures shards of ice to launch at her enemies. Fires 6 projectiles at targets that explode after a short delay. CD: 48 seconds

Replenish (Neve)				The streets of Minrathous and well beyond require an abundance of caution. Neve always comes prepared, ready to instantly restore your health. CD: 36 seconds
	Cold Comfort			When activated, you gain 20 Rage. This bonus applies only during combat.
	Top Form			Healing bonus: +25%
ALT	Endure			When you have Low Health, healing is increased by 50%.
	Cold Comfort			You are now healed for an additional 10% of your maximum health.
	Run It Back			Cooldown duration: -20%
	Watch Your Back			On activation, also grants Resistant.
ALT	Steady Ground			Resistant effectiveness:+10%
	Spirit Shield			Resistant duration: +50%

Time Slow (Neve)

Time Slow (Neve)				Neve uses her talents as a frost mage to slow the world around you. Slows enemies and companions, but you continue moving and attacking at normal speed. CD: 48 seconds
	Seize the Moment			While this effect is active, you deal 25% more damage.
	Windfall			When the effect ends, you gain 50 Rage. This bonus is only applied during combat.
ALT	Chrono Control			Companions can use Abilities during Time Slow, and active cooldowns are reduced by 25%
	Stop the Clock			This Ability's slowing effect is intensified.
	Hasten			While Time Slow is active, your next Ability use does not have a Rage/Momentum/Mana cost.
	Time Leak			Cooldown duration: -20%
ALT	Thaw			When the effect ends, all enemies take 150% Cold damage.
	Quick Thinking			When the effect ends, you gain Quickened.

Blizzard

Blizzard				Neve summons a swirling vortex of ice to thrash and hamper her enemies. Deals damage each second to all enemies in the area of effect. CD: 36 seconds

	Flash Freeze			On initial impact, applies Frozen to enemies.
	Numb			Cooldown duration: -15%
L	Deathly Cold			Damage per hit is increased by 10% each second.

R	Focused Storm			Damage is increased by 25%, but the effective radius is reduced by 50%.
