Fast travel to Ruins Reach and head up the stairs west of the Beacon. Follow the path until you find the Nocturnix by the wolf statue.

Defeat the Nocturnix

Hauntings Restless Dreams - Defeat the Nocturnix

Weakness Resistance
Necrotic Cold

The Nocturnix has the same weakness and resistance as the Burgeoning Malice in Hauntings: Deathly Curiosity. Use ranged attacks to deplete its barrier, and cast abilities that deal Necrotic damage. Having Lucanis and Emmrich in the party can aid in defeating the spirit with ease.
