This is primarily an interaction or Conversation Quest, similar to Bellara's Hummingbird's Lament.

You return to the Crows and talk with Teia, who's planning Caterina's funeral. Emotions will slightly rise, at which you can choose to respond. Going with the first option increases Lucanis's approval.

Comment on Illario's Behavior

Bidding Farewell - Comment on Illario
Illario will appear incoherent, probably affected by the loss of Caterina. As he goes to obtain her ashes, you can comment on his behavior. Go with any as these choices do not affect anything.

Comment on Caterina's Character

A little conversation occurs, highlighting Caterina's vigilant nature. This part of Lucanis's questline is where you might start seeing a little conspiracy pop up. Go with any choice to wrap up the quest.
