Warden Grey's Final Repose Objectives
Find the Second Note
You will need to find a total of three notes to progress in this quest. The first note is actually the note that you interact with to accept this quest. To find the second note, you will have to enter the Castle Bailey in Rivain Coast.
Once you reach the Castle Bailey, you will find numerous Antaam there. Defeat all of them, then make your way to the second note.

The Third Note is Not Immediately Available
Once you pick up the second note, the quest log will tell you to come back at a later time once the caves of Sharksmouth is accessible. Sharksmouth Cave becomes available once you finish the Taash Companion Quest Lair of the Dragon King.
Find the Third Note
Upon finishing the companion quest, you will gain full access to Sharksmouth Cave, and can now finish the rest of the quest.
Head toward the quest marker, fighting any Antaam you discover along the way. You should find yourself at a stone pathway with a giant statue to the left. The third and final note is located by the barrels near said statue.
Defeat the Fury of Sharksmouth
Once you get all three notes, head toward the castle inside Sharksmouth Cave. There, you will find a named Superior Rage Demon: the Fury of Sharksmouth. Like other Rage Demons, it is vulnerable to Ice and resistant to Fire. As such, bringing along Neve can help thanks to her Ice spells.
Once you defeat the Fury of Sharksmouth, you will receive the quest rewards. Additionally, you can now start the quest The Treasure of Sharksmouth Mountain, which is located where the Fury of Sharksmouth spawns.
