You can find Floppy-Eared Bulldogs in the southern regions, with a high chance of finding them right inside Hernand Town near the park area with the big tree.

Floppy-Eared Bulldogs can be tamed in one day by petting 5 times (+25 total) and feeding them three pieces of either Small Bones (+25) or their favorite food Cheese (+35) to reach 100 Trust.
