There are technically no Missables in Crimson Desert. See a list of all One-Time Events and what points in the story can be missed or cannot be changed in this guide.

You can miss getting the Focused Force Palm Skill early if you reach the Scholastone Institute in a different way than following the quest objectives in Chapter 4.
During this quest, you will be instructed to go the hidden Scholastone Institute, which is suppose to take you to a secret cave where you can learn the Focused Force Palm Skill as a part of reaching the area. However, you can miss this if you were able to unlock a fast travel point and simply choose to fast travel near Scholastone Institute.
If you did not obtain the skill during this point in Chapter 4, the only workaround is to progress through Chapter 9, where you will be given another opportunity to learn the skill.

Bosses are one-time challenges in the game. After defeating them, you do not have the option to battle them again in a rematch.

Main quest and side quest progression are also one-time events. Once you complete them, there is no option to replay them.

Cutscenes only appear once you progress through the main story. These cannot be replayed once they play out in the game.

The puzzles in the open-world are one-time challenges, as you do not have the option to reset them after solving them. However, some puzzles in the game are repeated, giving you another chance to solve the same puzzle type.

I was able to unlock force palm before chapter 9 by going to the spot you would have been taken to by the quest marker in chapter 4.
