Crimson Desert Gambling Guide How to Play Duo
Duo is a gambling minigame available in Crimson Desert. See the location of the minigame, how to play, Duo, tips, rewards, and find out when to accuse cheaters in this guide.

You can find the Duo minigame inside the Gambling Den in Hernand Town. Enter the building and head up to the second floor. Enter the closed door on the right to find the minigame.

You need to spend 15 Silver to play the minigame. Silver can be obtained by selling items or loot from enemies.

Win By Getting the Highest Ranking Hand

Duo Current Points

The Duo minigame starts when you receive two cards. You can then check the number of points you have on the top-left corner just above the protagonist's name.

Points are calculated based on the sum of the two cards you draw. The higher the number, the better chances of winning the round.

However, if the sum of the two cards surpasses 10, you subtract the 10 from the result. For example, if you draw cards that have 6 and 9, you only get a total of 5 points.

Check the Ranked Hands by Pressing the View Hands Button

Special Hands and Ranked Hands

To check which pair of cards gives the most number of points, press and hold the View Hands button. From there, you can see the Special Hands and Ranked Hands. Special Hands and Ranked Hands will always rank higher than whatever points you get.

Choose to Bet or Fold

Duo Choose Actions

After you receive the two cards, you have 10 seconds to choose one of the following actions based on the opponent's card:

  • Check: Pass the turn without raising the pot.
  • All In: Bet all your currently held silver.
  • Half Raise: Bet half of the total current pot.
  • Double Raise: Bet double the amount raised by the previous player.
  • Call: Match the amount raised by the previous player.
  • Fold: Forfeit the current round.

Call will be used automatically if the 10 second time limit runs out. Once all players have chosen their actions, the cards will be revealed. The player with the highest-ranking hand wins the round and silver will be rewarded.

In order to successfully accuse a player of cheating, you must pay close attention to the drawing animation, as there are several distinct differences between a normal draw and a cheating draw.

In a normal draw, opponents take the cards from the top with their thumbs facing down.

In a cheating draw, the opponent takes the cards from the side with their thumb facing upward.
