The goal of this Kliff Spear build is to create a powerful but easy setup for the Rhinard Cannon. The build is extremely easy to setup and upgrade, and even has a ranged option with slight AoE.

The Rhett's Spear is the only weapon of the build. This weapon is chosen due to its early accessibility and high damage output with a ranged option bonus.

It can easily be refined up to Tier 4, and slotted with the Abyss Gears from the Hwando and Sword of the Lord for more damage, attack speed.

The Canta armor set is chosen for its early accessibility and upgrades. This set can be bought immediately when you reach Hernand. This set can easily carry you through the early chapters of the game.

The accessories are not required to have in the early game, but they are extremely helpful for the build as a layer of extra defense. The Ynitium Leather Cloak is used extra Defense and ease of refinement, while the Tarnished Amulet provides attack bonuses.

For Stamina, be sure to get Counter Stance, Tactical Stab, and Forward Slash as these skills will be your main attacks with the Spear. You can still get Lariat for AoE in close combat.

Invest at least 5 points to Stamina to efficiently execute your combos and move around the map. Upgrade your health to at least 4 points for reliable survivability.

Starter Skill Rotation

This Spear Kliff build focuses on counter attacking and combo chaining Stab and Forward Slash, while also using the ranged option of Rhinard Cannon. The playstyle is as follows:

  1. Start with Blinding Flash Finisher to immediately deal high damage.
  2. Chain Tactical Stab and Forward Slash to overwhelm mobs.
  3. Use the button combination for Stab to fire a projectile.
  4. Use Counter Stance as reactive defense.
