To win an archery contest, you need to be the first to shoot 10 boards. You will see a scoreboard on the top right of your screen, alongside your opponent's score below yours. The contest is a test of speed and accuracy, so you need to react quickly the moment a board is raised.

Increase Camera Speed and Acceleration

Change Camera Settings

If you feel like your aim is too sluggish, you can access the options menu to change camera speed and camera acceleration. Increase both settings to maneuver between boards more swiftly. These options are available under the Input tab.

Note that unless it improves your accuracy, increasing camera sensitivity to its maximum settings may cause you to overshoot your target.

Keep the Crosshair at the Center

Another tip to keep in mind is to center your aim at the middle of the range. This allows you to move left and right more efficiently instead of staying on one side and having to drag your aim all the way to the other end of the range.

Keep Your Bow Drawn

Keep your bow drawn throughout the contest as pausing after loosing an arrow will delay your next shot, giving your opponent an opening to score. Remember that you have infinite arrows and that there is no need to reload after firing.
