Damiane isn’t a member of the Greymanes but rather a guest of the Marquis. She becomes available in Chapter 3 when you meet her the Greymane camp, where Barden Middler insists that she remains with the group for her safety. As an ally of the Greymanes, she is eager to assist Kliff in rebuilding the group.
How to Unlock Damiane
Unlocked in Chapter 3
Damiane can be unlocked at the start Chapter 3, right after the End of Greed questline. The moment you unlock your camp is when Damiane becomes playable.

Damiane Skills
Similar to Kliff, Damiane also has access to the Stamina, Spirit, and Health skill trees. These allow her to increase her combat capabilities and grant her abilities that improve her manueverability.
Stamina Tree
Damiane's stamina skills mainly focus on unlocking her ranged options and her maneuverability. This skill tree also grants her access to unarmed combat which she can use along with her melee attacks.

The stamina skill tree for Damiane enhance her attacks through focus. It also grants her the ability to counter incoming attacks, and allows her to use a sentinel that aids her in combat.

Damiane's health skill tree grants her the ability to jump greater hights and glide through the air. It also allows her to use elemental powers for attack and defense.
Damiane Playstyle Tips
Utilize Ranged Attacks with Melee Combos
Damiane is great at dealing damage on all fronts. She can summon a flying turret that deals ranged damage while she uses her weapons, she also as the ability to disengage from melee combat and swap to her musket, allowing her to deal constant damage from any distance.
