Defeat all the enemies around the sanctum.

 Find the reactor cube piece inside the main tower's hallway hidden behind some pots.

 Find the pillar piece in the underground chamber. You need to walk over the pebbled hallway to reveal the hole on the floor.

 Return the missing pieces in the sanctum. You need to use Force Palm to nudge them into their slots.
