Tame in the Wild

You can tame Elantrima in the wild if you find one by running up to them and riding them. You will then have to do a minigame where you have to move in the opposite direction to where the horse is facing to tame them.

Stables also sometimes sell Elantrima for the price of silver. It might not be worth it though since you can just tame one in the wild or steal from NPCs but it's an option if you can't find any wild horse or you want to avoid a bounty.

Elantrima can also be stolen from NPCs in the open world whether through bandits you encounter on the road or from non-hostile NPCs in towns or camps. You will need a mask before you can steal anything and stealing is a crime so beware of your bounty.

Elantrimas are built for carrying goods with their high health and stamina, improved handling, and extra inventory slot. They also learn the skill Lateral Movement allowing for better movement control when travelling.

Lv. 5 Quick Start Set off quickly when starting to move.
