Understand the Boss Mechanics

Most Bosses in Crimson Desert tend to have a unique mechanic that you need to fulfill in order to defeat them. There are a wide variety of mechanics for each boss such sa destroying the Reed Devil's Totems or perfoming mid-air plunge attacks to break the Queen Stoneback Crab's shell.

If the Boss is related to a quest, make sure to read the objectives displayed on the bottom of the screen during the fight to get a brief understanding of what you need to do to defeat the boss.

Use Skills to Match Boss Weaknesses

Certain Bosses in the game can be weak to specific Skills and Elements such sa White Horn being vulnerable to fire damage. Try to study your opponent and figure out which Skill or Element they are most weak against to make the boss fight much easier.

Additionally, it is also best to make use of Abyss Artifacts to upgrade your Skill levels and give us a great stat advantage when fighting against Bosses.

Prepare Food for Heals and Buffs

Prepare Food to Apply Buffs

We highly recommend preparing food in your inventory first before taking on a Boss to help you sustain yourself throughout the fight. These food items are capable of providing a good amount of heals for your Health, Stamina, and Spirit depending on the type of food you have.

Keep in mind that you can quickly use these items during boss fights as opening your inventory will pause the game and let you use these items until you are fully replenished.
