You cannot hide your helmet if it is equipped on your character in Crimson Desert. See here for more information on hiding equipment and what workarounds you can do.

Can You Hide Your Helmet?

Helmet Cannot Be Hidden

There is no option to hide your helmet or other equipment in Crimson Desert. If you equip a helmet or any other gear on your character, it will reflect on their appearance. An equipped helmet stays on even during cutscenes.

Unequip Helmet Fast with Quick Menu

Armor Quick Radial Menu

You can simulate hiding your helmet by accessing the quick radial menu to remove it fast. Hold the left D-pad on a controller or the T key on PC to access your gear slot in the menu, then go to the Armor tab to equip or unequip a piece of gear.
