You can hide your helmet through the Display Headgear setting option in Crimson Desert. See here for more information on hiding equipment and tips about headgear visuals.

Hide Helmet via Display Headgear Settings

Hide Helmet via Display Headgear

Following the recent patch update, you can now hide your helmet via the Display Headgear setting found under Languages and Gameplay. You have the option to hide your helmet only during cutscenes or at all times.

Toggle Helmet in the Quick Menu to Lift Its Visor

One quick tip regarding Helmets is that those with visors can be opened and closed by toggling the setting in the quick menu for gear. Hold the left D-pad on a controller or the T key on PC to access the quick menu. If the visor is closed, your character's voice will produce a muffled effect.
