Kliff is the central protagonist of Crimson Desert. At the start of the game, Kliff’s journey begins as he sets out to gather his scattered comrades and restore the Greymanes.
How to Play Kliff
Weave Unarmed Combat in Combos
Kliff is most effective when weaving his unarmed combat skills to his weapon combos. This is because he is able to deal more stagger damage with his unarmed combat skills like the Lariat, Pump Kick, and Meteor Kick, making it easier to open up bosses for attacks.
Use The Spear as a Secondary Weapon to Sword and Shield
Kliff is exceptionally strong with the Spear, particularly during moments when he can punish a boss. When paired withe the Quick Swap skill, Kliff can even take more advantage of the Spear as he can use it seamlessly.
Dual Wield Weapons for Aggressive Gameplay
Kliff has the ability to dual-wield one-handed weapons. This gives Kliff faster weapon attacks and more DPS.
To dual-wield weapons, you can swap the shield from the weapon wheel into any one-handed weapon of your choice. Keep in mind that your weapon combinations are not limited to their type as long as both weapons are one-handed.
Take Advantage of Force Palm and Axiom Force
Kliff has exclusive access to skills like the Force Palm and Axiom Force. Although these skills are most efficient for traversal, they can also be used in combat, giving you more openings to attack.

Kliff has access to three distinct skill trees, which boost his abilities for combat and exploration. He also has unique skills that allow him to efficiently solve puzzles and perform unnatural feats!

VaultKliff's stamina tree mainly focuses on upgrading his weapon combinations and unarmed combat. Acquiring these skills grants you more options when fighting enemies, allowing you to seamlessly mix unarmed combat with your weapon attacks.

Kliff's spirit tree grants him the ability to use Force attacks and abilities. These allow Kliff to lift heavy objects, gain multiple jumps, and throw around enemies that weave well into his unarmed combat.

Kliff's health tree skills allow him to use the Axiom Force for traversal and combat. The health tree also grants Kliff elemental abilities, which he can take advantage of in combat.
