Developer Update
The developers have laid out their plans for a future update to Crimson Desert, which will include new content and plenty of new features. Check out the latest developer update for details on the addition of boss rematches, difficulty settings, new skills, and more!

Boss Rematches

Matthias Fight
Players now have the opportunity to fight bosses they have previously defeated, giving them the chance to revisit previous battles. It has not yet been confirmed if Bosses will provide the same loot as they did when first beaten.

Re-blockading

The Greymanes' blockades can now be overtaken by remnant enemy factions. Drive them out and retake the areas under the Greymane banner.

Difficulty Settings

The option to adjust the difficulty level will be available soon. Players will be able to choose from three levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard. The difficulty spread aims to give players the experience that they're looking for, making the game more enjoyable to play.

New Skills for Damiane and Oongka

Players have noted that Damiane and Oongka lack the equivalent skills that Kliff has, such as Force Palm and Axiom Force. To compensate, the developers will provide them with new abilities.

Hide Back Weapons

To avoid breaking immersion during combat, an option will be added to hide weapons on the character's back.

Addition of New Outfits

New outfits for the characters are planned, including ones that could previously only be sold or donated, not worn.

The developers plan to expand the game's inventory storage system by adding four new categories. These categories can be used to store specific items, making inventory management much more straightforward.

The developers have announced their intention to expand the game with additional mounts, armor mounts, horse tack sets, and new pets for taming.

UI Improvements

The developers are planning to add a font size adjustment option to improve legibility. Since 14 UI languages are currently available, optimizing this feature for all of them may take some time.

Improvements to Controls

In response to player feedback about the controls, the developers are aiming to add more customization options for controller inputs and additional rebindable keys for the keyboard and mouse.

Improvements to Distant Scenery Quality

To improve the game's graphical fidelity, the distant scenery backgrounds will be enhanced to showcase far objects in greater detail. Due to the higher graphical fidelity, players should expect the patch to be larger when it arrives.
