How to Unlock the Dragon

Complete Chapter 11 Story

You can unlock the dragon at the end of Chapter 11 in the main story. This is just before the final chapter of the game which will take you around 60+ hours of playing while mainly focusing on doing story quests.

The game gives you the dragon mount really late into the story probably to make sure the earlier parts won't be trivialized while also encouraging the player to explore the vast open world.

How to Use the Dragon

The dragon is a flying mount so you'll be able to use it to fly around wherever you want and even high into the skies. Travelling around the map will be much easier once you unlock the dragon.
