How to Tame Bear Mount
Defeat a Bear Until It Stops Moving
Find any bear in the wilderness and damage it enough until it stops moving. At this point, you'll have a short time to get near the bear and press the button to ride it, allowing you to temporarily mount the bear.
Temporary Mounts Cannot Be Registered
Unlike horses you can tame in the wild, bears are temporary mounts which means you cannot summon or call upon them at will even after "taming" them. There is no known stables to keep bears too so you won't be able to keep them forever.
Dismounting will Turn the Bear Hostile
The bear is a temporary mount and will immediately go back to being hostile after you dismount. If you need to dismount, get away as quickly as you can to avoid getting hit.
How to Use Bears
Strong Claw Swiping Attacks
Bears can be used to fight against multiple enemies using their strong swiping attacks that deal a lot of damage. Bears are also quite tanky too but you can still get dismounted off your bear by enemy attacks, which means the bear will attack you instead.
