Ivory can be obtained by skinning elephants or rhinoceros, which are commonly found in Crimson Desert. Killing them takes a bit longer than other animals, likely because of their larger size.

There is a group of rhinos located in Rattlesnake Steppe, between the letters R and T in Crimson Desert when viewing the map.

Ivory is a required material to increase the refinement level of cloaks starting from Refinement 5 and above. Head to a Blacksmith or Smithy and choose Refinement, then select whichever cloak you want to upgrade.

Rare material obtained from large beasts. It casts a soft, beautiful glow and is easy to work with, so it was used for ornaments, ceremonial pieces, and musical instruments, eventually becoming a symbol of power and authority. Can be obtained from carcasses of animals with large tusks or horns such as rhinoceros or elephants.
