Defeat Antumbra's Staff In the Sanctum of Solace

Defeat Antumbra
To get the Guidance of Dark Pursuit, you must defeat Antumbra's Staff, who you will face during the Cloister of Ruination questline quest Antumbra's Staff. You will face Antumbra's Staff in the Sanctum of Solace, located near the Serpent Marsh in Demeniss.

Liberate the Sanctum and Obtain the Staff

Guidance of Dark Pursuit Automatically Added to Inventory
After defeating Antumbra's Staff and liberating the Sanctum of Solace, there will be a short cutscene showing the now-liberated Sanctum. Once you have control of your character again, you will automatically receive the Guidance of Dark Pursuit.
