How to Get Hwando Katana

A unique two-handed Katana called the Hwando can be found in a treasure chest near Lioncrest Manor in Crimson Desert. Read on to learn how to get the Katana, including info on the Hwando's stats.

1. Head to Lioncrest Manor

Go to Lioncrest Manor, located in the northwestern part of the town in Hernand.

2. Find the Separate Building From the Manor

The building is located on the left side of the manor. On the second floor, there is a locked room containing the treasure chest with the Hwando. You will need a key to enter, which can be looted from bandits or purchased from Back Alley Shops.

If you do not have a key, you can steal one from a table on the second floor of the manor. However, this is not recommended, as you risk getting a bounty or being imprisoned, which will also negatively affect your contribution.

3. Enter the Building

If you have progressed through the House Alfonso faction quest, the guards will let you enter through the front entrance freely. Otherwise, you can sneak into the building by climbing up and entering through a window.

4. Find the Treasure Chest

4.1 Open the Locked Door
Find the locked door
Once inside, look for the locked door on the second floor. With a key in your inventory, approach the door to unlock it and head inside.
4.2 Open the Treasure Chest
Open the chest to get Hwando
You will find the treasure chest on the left side of the room. Interact with it to open it and receive the Hwando.
