Read the Letter from White Crow in Chapter 3

You can unlock the Refined Power quest by taking the letter from White Crow and reading it after finishing Chapter 2. White Crow will appear as soon as you get control of Kliff in Chapter 3.

The Hermit Witch

1 Go to the Location Mentioned by White Crow
Sylvia Location
Go to the Shadow's Whisper Cave located north of Hernand Town. Look for a crevice on the cliff to see its entrance.
2 Head Inside the Cave
Head inside and meet Sylvia the Witch. This will complete the quest.
Tip: You will be able to improve your weapon through Sylvia by embedding your weapon with Abyss Gear. You can also grab the Palmar Pills on the table and the Crafting Recipe before leaving.

Refined Power Rewards

Refined Power Rewards,modescale

Although this quest doesn't have a reward itself, you will be able to pick 2 Palmar Pills and Palmar Pill Crafting Recipe inside the witch's cave. Palmar Pills can be used to revive yourself in your current location after dying to enemies, even during boss fights.
