Blix works under Hornsplitter, and you can find him close to their main camp in Unicorn Cliff. Defeat Blix, take his body to the City of Hernand, and surrender him to the guards to finish.

You can place him in the horse so you can travel faster, or if you want to do something else in the meantime.

Blix Won't Spawn Past 1:00 PM

Blix Spawn Time

Blix will only show on his location before 1:00 pm in-game time. You must get there early in the day to see and capture him.

You can still see Blix if you get close to the location before 1:00 pm and waited after 1:00 pm.

How to Unlock Blix Bounty

Grab the Bounty Notice in Hernand

You can unlock the Blix's Bounty by taking his Bounty Notice somewhere in Hernand. You may find it on Notice Boards, light posts, or walls. Bounty posters only start appearing in Chapter 2.

You can easily find bounty posters by keeping an eye out for a purple bounty poster icon on your minimap.
