Talk to Arkin after getting kicked out of the Shai Village in the Pororin Forest three times. You must help her first to get access to the village.

1. The Unreachable Village

1.1 Speak with the Shai
Speak with the Shai, Arkin, in the Pororin Forest to start. You will find her sitting under a tree after getting kicked out of the village three times.
1.2 Follow Arkin
Unreachable Village
Arkin will teleport to the Trembling Gorge, located southwest of the Iron Wood. Talk to her on the cliff once you get to the area.
1.3 Retrieve the Relic of Pororin
Grab the Pororin Relic
A giant walking tree has the Pororin Relic on top of its head. Wait for it to walk by and jump from the cliff to reach its arm or shoulder. Climb to the head and retrieve the relic after.
Note: The quest marker doesn't track the giant tree, so it's best to remain on the cliff where you talked with Arkin to find the tree faster. If the giant tree doesn't spawn, teleport away from the area and return to the location afterward.

2. Authorized Access

2.1 Return the Relic to Arkin
Go back to the cliff and return the relic to Arkin. You will now get access to their village after speaking with her.
