Blazing Beacon Walkthrough
1. News
| 1.1 | Speak with the Soldier in Howling Hill |
|---|---|
| Return to camp and speak with your comrades and the visiting Soldier, who informs you that the Marquis is requesting you to head to Hernand Castle. | |
| 1.2 | Meet Marquis Serkis |
 Head to Hernand Castle and reach the Marquis' room on the second floor. From the main castle entrance, immediately turn right and go up the stairs. On the second floor, turn right again to the next hallway and enter the room in the middle to speak with Marquis Serkis. |
2. To the Battlefield
| 2.1 | Meet and Follow the Guide at the Beacon |

 Head northwest of the city towards the meeting point with the Guide. Head there, going up the mountain path. After meeting the three guards there, hop on a horse and follow the guide to the attack scene. |

| 2.2 | Investigate the Scene of the Attack |
 Investigate the ambush site you come across, and you will be attacked by Black Bears. You can either defeat or escape the enemies, then continue following the soldier guide. |
|
| 2.3 | Move to the Calphade Gate |
 The guide will lead you to the Calphade camp. Head to the gate and meet Barden Middler at the entrance. |
3. The Counterattack
| 3.1 | Go to the Battlefield |
|---|---|
| Head north to an allied soldier outpost and meet the scout there. Follow him on horseback to the fallen Calphadean Banner. | |
| 3.2 | Raise the Calphadean Banner Pike |
Stop by the fallen banner and pick it up using Nature's Grasp, by targetting it and pressing Y+B or Triangle + Circle. Carry it up the steps and press LB + X or L1 + Square to place the banner back into the slot. |
