How to Unlock Evasive Shot Proficiency

Upgrade the Evasive Shot Skill to Level 2

Kliff and Damiane will both have access to the Evasive Shot Proficiency skill. However, you will need to separately upgrade their Evasive Shot skills to Level 2 in order to unlock Evasive Shot Proficiency.
