How to Unlock Tornado Kick

Observe the Trainee in the Communal Training Grounds as Damiane

Tornado Kick Unlock

Damiane can unlock the Tornado Kick skill for free by finding the trainee observing him while he practices his spinning jump kick manuever against a dummy in the Communal Training Grounds, located southwest of Hernand Town. If you find no one that fits this description, return at a later time around 3:30 PM in-game.

To observe the trainee, approach and wait for an Observe prompt in the bottom right of the screen. When it appears, press and hold LB (Xbox), Ctrl (PC), or L1 (PS5) to learn the skill.

Also Available by Unlocking the Skill via an Abyss Artifact

Alternatively, players can unlock Tornado Kick by unlocking it in Damiane's skill tree using an Abyss Artifact.
