Unlocked During Chapter 4

Mystical Storage Observation Location

Towards the end of the Chapter 4 main quest, Mysterious Pot, you'll be directed to an NPC named Togrum. Speak to him and he'll teach you how to use the Kuku Pot. During his tutorial, you'll unlock the skill, Mystical Storage.
