How to Unlock Estate in Dismay

Talk to House Roberts's Servant at Bluemont Manor

Talk to the NPC House Roberts's Servant, found near Bluemont Manor and south of the Notice Board.

1. First Trial of Trust

1 Speak with the man near Bluemont Manor
First Trial of Trust
Just south of the Notice Board in the City of Hernand, find House Roberts's Servant and talk to him.
2 Speak with House Roberts's caretaker
First Trial of Trust Step 2
Head Southeast to the Muckroot Ranch and talk to the man sitting on a bench beside a tree.
3 Defeat the enemies around the cask house
First Trial of Trust Step 3
Head south to Bluemont Cask House and defeat all the enemies there to complete the quest.

2. Troubled Count

1 Speak with Erich at Bluemont Manor
Troubled Count Step 1 - Speak with Erich
Head to Bluemont Manor and speak to Erich, who is standing right outside the building.
2 Speak with Count Roberts
Troubled Count Step 2 - Speak with Count Roberts
Then, head inside the building, go up the stairs and talk to Count Roberts, who is standing behind his desk on the 2nd floor.

3. Stolen Quarry

1 Find the Excavatron
Stolen Quarry Step 1
You can head straight to the Excavatron, marked on the map, north of the City of Hernand. The gate to the Excavatron will be locked so you will need to climb further up the hill and enter the boss arena over the wall from the west or south side.
2 Defeat the Excavatron
Stolen Quarry Step 2 - Defeat Excavatron
Enter a cutscene, then fight the Excavatron and defeat it. The key to winning is being patient, not spamming attack, and dodging the enemy's attacks, and using quick skills like Force Palm to interrupt its attacks to stun it.

3 Defeat the enemies around Karin Quarry
Stolen Quarry Step 3 - Defeat all enemies
This next step will take a bit of time, so make sure you're prepared to face an entire army of enemies. You will need to defeat as many enemies in Karin Quarry as you can. Defeating enemies will slowly bring the bar on the left down from 100% to 0%.
Tips:
1. Use explosive barrels to take down groups of enemies.
2. We recommend unlocking Meteor Kick, which is great against multiple enemies.
3. Stay clear of elite enemies in the area until you've clearer the regular mobs. Elites are denoted by a star on the minimap.

4. Sealed in Stone

1 Speak with Erich
Sealed in Stone Step 1
After defeating all enemies in Karin Quarry, the area will be safe. Talk to Erich, who is now near the center of Karin Quarry. He will then give you the Crane Control Room Key.
2 Ride elevator to the top
Get in Elevator
Get in the elevator and crank the handwheel till you reach the top. Use the Crane Control Room Key to open the door at the top.
3 Grab Relic with the Crane
Bring crane down on Buried Relic
In the control room, operate the crane controls and bring it down to clamp on the buried relic. Allow one claw to clamp down on one side, to make it easier to adjust the other claw to clamp on the other side of the cube.
▶ Crane Puzzle Solution
4 Extract the buried relic
Raise the Buried Relic
Once the crane is grabbing onto the relic, press up to extract the relic from the stone.
It is worth noting that raising the relic opens up a hidden area in the same spot. Head into the hole to can obtain a Palmar Pill.

5. The Count's Honor

1 Return to Count Roberts
Return to Leon Roberts
Return to Count Roberts in Bluemont Manor in the City of Hernand. Talk to him to end the Estate in Dismay questline and receive your rewards.
