Main Objectives

| 1 |  Seize the strongholds around the castle! By implementing the Offensive Formation strategy, you should have your units scattered along the southern half of the map. There are 3 strongholds for you to seize - two on either corner, and one near the middle. Assign your units to seize them all. |
| 2 |  Defeat Gustave! After the defenses have thinned, the Kingdom army will open up the gates. As you head inside, Gustave will appear for you to take down. After depleting his HP, he will retreat, opening up the side paths. You can now send in the rest of your team to take the side strongholds. |
| 3 | Defeat Viscount Brennius and their allies. Viscount Brennius and five of his allies will also make an appearance on the map, but their presence shouldn't be too different from taking down any of the other commanders on the field. Just make sure to attend to them before they make their advance to the allied base. |
| 4 |  As you put the pressure on, the Kingdom will activate the Western and Eastern Ballistae. Taking these down will prevent them from raining fire on your other troops. |
| 5 |  Use the secret passage to approach Baron Dominic! If you have chosen the Backdoor Intel strategy before the battle, you can skip the "Defeat Gustave and secure the route!" objective and head straight for the secret passage on the top-left corner of the map. Using this method prevents Annette from permanently getting killed at the end of the battle. |
| 6 |  Defeat Annette! Going through the secret passage forces Annette to appear earlier in the battle to defend the area. Defeat her to trigger a special cutscene. |
| 7 |  Defeat Gustave! Defeating Annette this way forces Gustave to take her place, allowing her to retreat. Defeat Gustave once more to complete the objective. |
| 8 | Defeat Baron Dominic! After defeating Gustave, press forward to defeat Baron Dominic. Be sure to seize the remaining strongholds on the map for a complete victory. |
