Description: The Mercenary is strong and speedy, and gets the job done. We recommend this class for players that prefer quick and efficient units in battle. Characteristics: ・Strong against axes. ・After attacking with a full charge, all attacks will be temporarily strengthened. ・Press and hold X during a strong attack to reduce the charge time of the next class action. |

Hold X to charge the Class Gauge, and release it to perform a Sweeping Attack. You can move while charging. Press and hold X during a strong attack to reduce the charge time of the next class action.

| Grants one tier greater advantage against enemies equipped with axes. Increases damage to them by 85%. |
Equipped Class Abilities

| When battalion endurance is at 1/3 or below: Perfect Guards restore a small amount of the Warrior and Awakening Gauges. | |
| When HP is at 50% or below: Perfect Guards restore a small amount of the Warrior and Awakening Gauges. | |
| Increases damage dealt to enemies when equipped with a sword. | |
| Increases the critical hit rate of Mercenary, Swordmaster, and Mortal Savant class actions. | |
| Increases damage dealt by Mercenary, Swordmaster |
