Rhea, Sothis, and Arval are secret unlockable characters that do not need to be recruited. Instead you'll have to complete the game at least once, and unlock them using Renown from your personal quarters in the camp. They each cost 60 Renown to unlock.

Gatekeeper

The fan-favorite Gatekeeper of Garreg Mach has also been spotted as a playable character! He is automatically playable at the start of the following chapters after your third New Game Plus playthrough of the game. No dialogue and added steps needed.
