Given that Activity Points are limited, it is worth considering to maximize the effects of Recreational Facilities that eat up Activity Points. This way, players can increase unit morale faster while efficiently strengthening Support Levels amongst allies.

The Strategist lets you access the War Map and complete main quests and side quests. You can find him in the Command Center at the middle part of the map.
The Facilities Master allows you to upgrade various facilities at the camp. You can find him in the Command Center at the middle part of the map.
You can redeem rewards from the Reward Master whenever you complete a number of achievements. You can find her inside the Command Center at the middle part of the map.
The Training Instructor lets you level up, change a unit's class, and train your units to acquire class experience. You can find him at the Training Grounds on the bottom-left corner of the map.
The Kitchen Master allows you to cook a meal to gain buffs and obtain support points from selected units. You can find him at the Recreation Quarter at the left corner of the map.
The Chore Master allows you to volunteer to do various tasks around the camp to obtain support points from selected units. You can find her outside the Recreation Quarter at the left corner of the map.
The Armorer sells different types of weapons such as swords, lances, axes, bows, gauntlets, and tomes. You can find her east of the Central Plaza at the bottom-right corner of the map.
The Item Shopkeeper sells various items such as gifts, fish, and produce. You can find him at the Marketplace on the top-right corner of the map.
Unlocked at Chapter 5, the Supply Master can provide resources for upgrading Facilities in exchange for Weapons, items, and Smithing Stones.
The Blacksmith offers services that allow players to forge and repair broken weapons. You can find the Blacksmith next to the Armorer at the start of Chapter 5.
The Battalion Master supplies characters with Battalions of varying Weapon Types and Authority Levels that can aid them in battle. Just like the Supply Master and the Blacksmith, the Battalion Master is unlocked at the start of Chapter 5.
By visiting the Tactics Academy, players can enhance their units' battle proficiencies, be it through having more Warrior Gauges, stronger Unique Abilities, and more!
The Tactics Instructor will be unlocked at the start of Chapter 6.
