How to Unlock Into the Chasm

Recruit Byleth Beforehand

Into the Chasm is a continuation of Chapter 15: The Hour of Vengeance, which is an exclusive Chapter for those who have recruited Byleth beforehand.

Depending on the route you've chosen, the method of recruiting Byleth will differ, and failing to recruit them during the specific chapter of your respective route will have you miss them entirely, making Chapters 15 and 16 inaccessible and will instead bring you straight to the Final Chapter coming from Chapter 14.

Escape from Zahras Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Defeat the Phantom Hubert and the other Phantoms! Coming into this quest, you will part ways with all your party members and be left with Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude. At the start of the battle, assign one unit to a Phantom and have Shez help out with taking down each one.
2	Defeat the Phantom Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude! For the next set of Phantoms, assign your allies to their Phantom counterparts. Like earlier, you can have Shez help out with taking down each one until you're left with one. From there, you may launch an All-Out Offense.
3	Defeat the Phantoms protecting Epimenides! In the middle of fighting Epimenides, he will conjure a barrier which will temporarily render your attacks useless. In order to dispel his barrier, take on Phantom Shez and Byleth. Splitting your party into two groups is ideal here in order to whittle down their health simultaneously.
4	Defeat Epimenides! After Epimenides dispels his Zahras Barrier, there will be no reinforcements that will stand your way. Launch an All-Out Offense towards him and beat him for good!

Support Conversations Slightly Vary Per Path

While the overall questline is similar among all the routes, there will be slight variations between Support Conversations among the different paths, all of which are slightly geared towards your respective house leader and their relationship towards the other two leaders.
